Terms and Conditions – bet629 Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bet629 ("we", "us", "the platform") and every individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the bet629 website at bet629.im, including all associated games, betting markets, promotions and account services. bet629 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bet629 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Together these documents form the complete set of rules governing your use of bet629. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant policy.

bet629 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification before they take effect.

Use of the bet629 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering, you confirm that all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bet629 does not permit any player under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting market on the platform under any circumstances.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bet629. Opening multiple accounts – whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without appeal.

When registering on bet629 you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your bet629 account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bet629 support immediately via live chat or email.

bet629 is not liable for losses or consequences arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. However, we take account security seriously and will investigate any reported breach promptly.

• JazzCash – via mobile account or bank-linked JazzCash wallet
• NayaPay – digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay – digital wallet transfer
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer) – direct bank transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa and Mastercard – debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your bet629 wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation. IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. Card payments are typically credited within minutes but may occasionally require additional processing time.

bet629 only accepts deposits from payment accounts that belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits – meaning payments originating from a payment method registered to a different name than the bet629 account – are not permitted and will be returned to source less any applicable transaction costs.

The minimum withdrawal from a bet629 account is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all accounts regardless of verification status.

Withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Under 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Under 60 minutes for verified accounts
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 2 to 4 business hours during standard Pakistani banking hours
• Visa and Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Before a first withdrawal can be processed, bet629 requires account identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, a recent proof of address. Verification is a one-time process and does not repeat for subsequent withdrawals from a verified account.

bet629 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple account activity or any other policy violation is under investigation. • Bonuses are available to registered, verified players only. Bonus funds cannot be credited to unverified accounts.
• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, once per household and once per device. Claiming a promotion using multiple accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (for example, 5x means you must wager the bonus amount five times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal). The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page for each offer.

• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Any winnings generated from a free bet are real-money funds, which are subject to any stated wagering requirement applicable to that free bet offer.

All bets placed on bet629 are final once confirmed by the system. A bet is considered confirmed when the platform has returned a bet ID and the stake has been deducted from the player's wallet balance. bet629 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted by these Terms or by the rules of the specific market.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type, market and stake level. These are displayed within the game interface and in the betslip prior to confirmation. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the applicable minimum and maximum limits for that market.

For sports betting markets on bet629:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the start time of the relevant event. Any pre-match bet placed after the start time of the event will be void and the stake returned.
• Live in-play bets are subject to current odds at the time the bet is submitted. bet629 operates a short delay on live markets. During periods of rapid scoring or game-state change, the platform may temporarily suspend betting on a market.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled without a result, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets that have not been conclusively settled by the point of abandonment will be voided. In-play bets on markets that concluded before abandonment will stand.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds – such as decimal odds of 100:1 on a near-certain outcome – bet629 reserves the right to void those bets and return the stake, regardless of whether the event outcome has been determined.

For casino games on bet629, the rules of each individual game apply as displayed within the game interface. RNG game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning of the relevant equipment by a trained live dealer.

Players using the bet629 platform agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is lawful, respectful and consistent with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is not permitted on bet629 under any circumstances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access games or interact with the platform without explicit written permission from bet629.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not intended for player access, including administrative panels, backend systems or other accounts.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive behaviour in any live chat session with the support team or within any live game chat feature.
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Pakistani or international law, including money laundering or the funding of illegal activity.
• Registering or operating an account for a person who is ineligible to hold a bet629 account under Section 2 of these Terms, including persons under the age of 18.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches or system faults to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are not considered legitimate and will be reversed.

bet629 reserves the right to monitor player activity for compliance with these conduct standards. Where violations are identified, appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure may be taken without prior notice in serious cases.

bet629 takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, collusion and match fixing. Any player identified as participating in any of the following will have their account closed immediately, all balances and winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Placing bets with knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event outcome, whether directly involved in the manipulation or acting on information from someone who is.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, multiplayer games or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits on bet629.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate bet629 deposits following use of those funds on the platform.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit promotions, arb markets or generate artificial turnover for money laundering purposes.

bet629 works with its payment processors and fraud detection partners to identify suspicious account and transaction patterns. Players who believe they have witnessed fraud on the platform are encouraged to report it to the support team immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet629 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profit or indirect or consequential financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party service provider outages or events outside bet629's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player's own failure to maintain credential security was a contributing factor.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including decisions made based on incorrect personal assessment of odds, probability or game strategy.
• Any technical errors in odds, game outcomes or display information where such errors were not the result of deliberate platform manipulation by bet629.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet629's liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by its own gross negligence. bet629 also does not exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable consumer protection law.

bet629 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent or abusive activity has been identified, or where applicable legal or regulatory requirements necessitate closure.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending bets that were placed prior to the suspension will be settled according to normal procedures. Withdrawal requests placed before the suspension notice was issued will also be processed during the investigation period unless the investigation directly concerns the withdrawal itself.

In the event of a permanent account closure for a Terms breach, bet629 may retain any balances associated with the breach (for example, bonus winnings derived from multi-accounting or fraudulent deposits). Legitimate real-money balances that are unrelated to the breach will be returned to the player via the appropriate payment method following investigation completion.

Players who disagree with a suspension or closure decision may contact support to request a review. bet629 will respond to formal account dispute requests within 5 business days.

bet629 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made – meaning changes that materially affect player rights, obligations or the financial terms of using the platform – bet629 will notify registered players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or minor structural reorganisation of the document may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of bet629 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and process any eligible withdrawal.
